The Trade Related Assistance Project (T.R.A.P.) is a 3.3 million Euro project implemented in Papua New Guinea through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade. The TRAPs main objective was to support PNG in benefiting more from international trade with a view to increased growth and through that to contribute to poverty reduction in the country. |

Extraterritoriality and Competition Law
This paper by David Gomez examines the adequacy of extraterritoriality as a policy tool for regulating economic activities that extends beyond a states’ territorial boundaries but which have an impact on it nonetheless. The utility of that practice for realizing state objectives is now being called into question as states increasingly seek to determine what framework of cooperation is best suited for addressing regulatory matters within international anti-trust and competition law.

Trade Capacity Building for Meaningful Private Sector engagement in the EPA Negotiations, Project 123—Belize Belize Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Project 123- Belize was funded by the ACP-EU Project Management Office under the 8th EDF. Its general objective was to develop institutional and negotiating capacity within the Belize Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the period of negotiations for an Economic Partnership Agreement with the European Union that would allow for meaningful input and engagement in Belize’s commercial and trade policy development and implementation processes by the private sector.
